My Whimsical Little World Back to School Release

Hello everyone! We have a wonderful new release for you at My Whimsical Little World .Well it's that time of year again...the kids are getting ready to go back to school. It's a bittersweet time in our house, I will miss them but at the same time they are driving each other crazy! My son Sebastian will be going into grade One, I seriously don't know where the time went! So that brings me to the first of my projects for the Back to school release. I decided to do a layout of my sons first day of kindergarten. So for this I used ColeBack To School Alarm Clock, and Mug Of School Supplies
There is a lot going on here (which is why I don't scrapbook very often, I have what I call a "piling" problem)  I loved the Idea of using the adorable alarm clock for the title of my scrapbook page it is such a whimsical accent, and the mug of school supplies is a perfect little school themed embellishment. The pencil cole is holding is pointing to the picture of my son, It's just paper crafting perfection! So I Copic coloured and fussy cut all three Digi stamps, and then popped them up on the layout. So next up is Frances

Isn't she fabulous?! I decided to create a notebook with Francis for my Pastors daughter. She is so sweet and selfless and she deserves something cute to put her jumbled up High School thoughts into! So I copic colored the lovely Frances(she comes together with this super cute lockers) don't judge me on the brightly colored lockers I was homeschooled I have no idea what they look I just imagined what I would have liked them to look like! I kept the notebook pretty simple because I want her to be able to actually use it. So last but not least is Olivia
I created this for a friend of mines daughter's birthday, I love how unique Olivia is....and she seems totally comfortable in her own skin! I Copic coloured and fussy cut Olivia as well, it took some stepping out of my "piling" comfort zone, but I managed to keep it fairly clean and simple. There is also another new Digi that I didn't get a chance to create with...but my DT sisters did so you will have to hop over to there blogs to see it, I will link them below! There are also some awesome free cut files for this release on the My Whimsical a Little World page! You can find them Here. Thank you so much for checking out my creations!

So for this challenge you Cannot use a Digi stamp! It has to be a rubber or clear stamp. So for my card I used Yuki from Saturated Canary.

Music Digi Release From My Whimsical Little World

Hello everyone! So My Whimsical Little World has two fantastic new music themed digi's. This is one of my favorite releases from My Whimsical Little World! So up first is Cadence
This is such a fantastically versatile digi! I copic colored her and fussy cut her out, and layered her on to a pierced circle die from My Favourite Things, the banner die is from my creative time. Now I know you are all wondering where is that adorable puppy from?! Well.....he actually comes with Marcia and her Pup which is the other digi in the music release!

Isn't she just fabulous? I bought this "book box"(which is exactly what it sounds like) from micheals. Than I added some pretty papers, bows, butterfly's, and my fave flowers. The speech bubble die is from my creative time, I made the sentiment with thickers and letter stickers, but Marcia speaks for herself! Alrighty make sure you hop around to see all the DT creations, they will be linked below.

Some Very Exciting News!!

Hello everyone! Soooo I was recently invited to be on The Stamping Chef Design Team!!  I was beyond excited, I absolutely love these Digi stamps. For my very first challenge card I used Throw It you can find her Here
Aren't they just adorable?! So I copic colored these "fur Ever" friends, and then fussy cut them out. I printed the image twice once smaller and once bigger so that the puppy could be a dog instead of puppy. I also used a Magnolia Fence stamp, and fussy cut it as well, the grass die and the sentiment stamp are from my creative time, and the clouds are dies from lawn fawn. They were so fun to colour! So hop on over to The Stamping Chef Challenge Blog and link up your card! The theme is anything goes!

Tiddly Inks Design Team Call!

Hello Everyone! So there is some pretty fantastic news floating around, Tiddly Inks is having a Design Team call! I was so excited when I saw this because I have always been a huge fan of Christy's images. I love the way Christy draws the characters, my favourite is most definitely Wryn, she is an absolute pleasure to colour! So one of the requirements was to pick your most favourite Tiddly Inks image and do a card/project with it. So my plan was to use Eggcellent News Wryn, because she is my all time favourite Tiddly Inks Image......but then I saw the new release and I just hade to make a card with Fairy In Love, I just could not resist! So here it is

This image is truly stunning!(but I do have a slight obsession with fairies so...) it just speaks oh Love and Magic my Two favorite things. I copic colored the lovers and put some Wink of Stella on their
Wings and her Dress. I added some flowers from Magnolia and I am Roses, I made it quite glitzy
because it is going to be for a wedding. So I hope you enjoyed this, I really enjoyed making it! Make sure to head on over to The Tiddly Inks Blog and check out everyone's lovely entries!
